Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please contact us at hello@shopvalentis.store as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

We will make a reasonable effort to cancel your order before it enters processing. After the 24-hour cancellation period, orders cannot be guaranteed to be canceled, as they may already be processing or preparing for shipment.

If an order can no longer be canceled, you may still be eligible to request a return under our Return & Refund Policy.
