Return & Refund Policy

At Valentis, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read the following policy so you know what to expect.

14-Day Return Window

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. After this period, we generally cannot accept change-of-mind return requests, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

• The item should be in its original condition and reasonably resalable.
• The item should not have been damaged through misuse, improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
• Original packaging, accessories, and included components should be returned where reasonably possible.
• Valid proof of purchase and order information must be provided.

Defective or incorrect products: If your item arrived defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us. These situations are handled separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns.

How to Request a Return

Please do not ship an item back without first contacting us.

To start a return, reach out through our Contact page with:

• Your full name and order number
• Reason for the return
• Photos or video if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

We'll review your request and provide the next steps. If approved, you'll receive return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Valentis is not responsible for return packages lost in transit when the customer is responsible for arranging the return.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law or when the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video where applicable.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or ordinary wear and tear is not covered as a product defect.

Exchanges

We don't offer standard exchanges.

However, if your product is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order, we may provide a replacement at no additional cost, subject to availability and applicable law.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that a cancellation can be made after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Important

This policy does not limit or exclude any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Certain products, purchases, or locations may be subject to different requirements under applicable laws.
