All prices are listed in USD. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery is 7-11 business days from the date of order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@shopvalentis.store. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They do not expire and can be used toward any purchase on shopvalentis.store.

7. Accounts & Discounts

Customers who create an account may be eligible for promotional discounts. Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to cancel orders where discount codes are misused.
